Personalise Your Calendar

A personalised calendar allows you to share your favorite memories and best moments with your family and friends. Creating your calendar is easy! Start by sending us your photos, let us know which months you would like those photos to be on and we take care of the rest. To make it truly unique, you can add notes on special dates and we will put it on the date for you. It's as simple as that!

Start your 2019 with ease

Ottawa Print Services allows you to create your unique photo calendar that showcases your precious moments with your family. Here's how to start:

  • Prepare your images and collate it in 1 pdf. Make sure you have at least 13 images to cover all the months of the year and the cover of your calendar.
  • Make sure your images are high resolution (300dpi) to ensure your calendar have nice crisp colours.
  • Personalise dates that you want to mark, let us know and we will place it for you in the calendar.
  • Let us know which images you want to use per month.
  • Send your files and details to [email protected] and we will start making your calendar!


Our calendars are great for families to stay organised and keep track of events and birthdays!


Technical Details

  • Calendar type is a 28 page (cover included) Wall Calendar
  • Calendar covers are printed on 12pt cardstock
  • Pages are printed on 100lb gloss paper
  • Calendar size is 8.5"x11" (closed) and 11"x17" (opened)
  • Fold, collated, saddle stitched with 1 hole drill
  • A low resolution PDF proof will be sent for approval to the account holder's email address
  • Production time begins once written approval is received. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your proof for approval
