What is OPS?

Ottawa Print Services (OPS) is a high quality, full-service online printing company.  A division of SINIX Media Group, our team has over 10 years experience in the industry. OPS offers professional services at competitive online prices, using the most leading and up-to-date printing equipment.

 

 

What services are offered through OPS?

Our large selection of printed products includes various promotional items: business cards, postcards, flyers, brochures, and more.

Ottawa Print Services also provides design services. Requests for design services quotes can be made here. 

 

 

How do I create an account?

Select the Login tab at the top of the page to create an account.

 

 

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed in three easy steps:

Browse, Upload, Buy!

Log in to your account and select the desired product. Upload your files in PDF or JPG format and select the ‘Check Out’ option to complete your order.

 

 

When will my order be ready?

Most printing takes 2-3 business days, however turnaround times vary from project to project based on the size and scope of each product.

 

Please note: Orders placed after 11 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) will not be processed until the following business day. For rush orders that are after-hours or on the weekend, please email [email protected]

 


 

Ottawa Print Services offers a variety of turnaround options:

  • Same Day Service - Must be placed before 11 a.m. EST during the business week. Orders that have no file issues will be shipped out or ready for pickup by the end of that business day. 
  • Next Day Service - Must be placed before 11 a.m. EST. Orders that have no file issues will be shipped out or ready for pickup by the end of the following business day.
  • 2 Day Service - Must be placed before 11 a.m. EST. Orders that have no file issues will be shipped out or ready for pickup in two business days.
  • 3 Day Service - Must be placed before 11 a.m. EST. Orders that have no file issues will be shipped out or ready for pickup in three business days.
  • 5 Day Service - Must be placed before 11 a.m. EST. Orders that have no file issues will be shipped out or ready for pickup in five business days.

 

 

 

What types of payment are accepted at OPS?
