Post Cards

A low-cost, easily transportable option for anything from trade shows to mail-out campaigns, Ottawa Print Services’ postcards can even utilize variable data printing, allowing you to personalize material according to your individual customer.  Available in a variety of sizes, our full-color postcards are printed using premium quality materials with a variety of stock and coating options.

Recommendations:

The most common order options are 6" x 4" and 8.5" x 5.5" on 14 Pt gloss cover stock. Almost always, Postcards are printed in full color on both sides (4/4) 

• Must be submitted as a PDF file with embedded or outlined fonts.
• Files must be saved with at least 300dpi and flattened. This will likely speed up your turn-around time.
• Files must be saved as CMYK. If you send us an RGB, the colors will shift and may result in muted colors.
• Flatten all transparencies (outer glow, drop shadows, opacity) to avoid transparency issues on print.
• We require a standard 0.125" bleed and a 0.125" safety inside the artwork (see our guidelines for more details)
