Note Pads

Achieving ongoing brand visibility is a challenge facing most companies. Promotional products, such as notepads and desk pads, present an opportunity to achieve brand visibility with customers and prospects every day. Ottawa Print Services offers a range of notepads desk pads and message pads suitable for spreading your message and logo. 

Recommendations:

Notepads come in 25 or 50 sheets backed by chipboard and are glued at the top.  The most common order options are 4.25" x 5.5" on 60lb Uncoated Offset Smooth Text weight paper. They are commonly printed in full color on the front (4/0) and are padded in 25s and 50s.

• Must be submitted as a PDF file with embedded or outlined fonts.
• Files must be saved with at least 300dpi and flattened. This will likely speed up your turn-around time.
• Files must be saved as CMYK. If you send us an RGB, the colors will shift and may result in muted colors.
• Flatten all transparencies (outer glow, drop shadows, opacity) to avoid transparency issues on print.
• We require a standard 0.125" bleed and a 0.125" safety inside the artwork (see our guidelines for more details)
